THIS MIGHT SAVE SOMEONE’S LIFE.

~~DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH~~

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water

2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute

3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.

4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain…

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks:

· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive…
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we’ll save at least one life.

ONE BEDROOM FLAT…
WRITTEN BY AN INDIAN SOFTWARE ENGINEER..
A Bitter Reality

… As the dream of most parents I had acquired a degree in Software Engineering and joined a company based in USA, the land of braves and opportunity. When I arrived in the USA, it was as if a dream had come true.

Here at last I was in the place where I want to be. I decided I
would be staying in this country for about Five years in which
time I would have earned enough money to settle down in India.

My father was a government employee and after his retirement,
the only asset he could acquire was a decent one bedroom flat.

I wanted to do some thing more than him. I started feeling
homesick and lonely as the time passed. I used to call home and
speak to my parents every week using cheap international phone
cards. Two years passed, two years of Burgers at McDonald’s and
pizzas and discos and 2 years watching the foreign exchange
rate getting happy whenever the Rupee value went down.

Finally I decided to get married. Told my parents that I have
only 10 days of holidays and everything must be done within
these 10 days. I got my ticket booked in the cheapest flight.
Was jubilant and was actually enjoying hopping for gifts for
all my friends back home. If I miss anyone then there will be
talks. After reaching home I spent home one week going through
all the photographs of girls and as the time was getting
shorter I was forced to select one candidate.

In-laws told me, to my surprise, that I would have to get
married in 2-3 days, as I will not get anymore holidays. After
the marriage, it was time to return to USA, after giving some
money to my parents and telling the neighbors to look after
them, we returned to USA.

My wife enjoyed this country for about two months and then she
started feeling lonely. The frequency of calling India
increased to twice in a week sometimes 3 times a week. Our
savings started diminishing.

After two more years we started to have kids. Two lovely kids, a boy and a girl, were gifted to us by the almighty. Every time I spoke to my parents, they asked
me to come to India so that they can see their grand-children.

Every year I decide to go to India… But part work part
monetary conditions prevented it. Years went by and visiting
India was a distant dream. Then suddenly one day I got a
message that my parents were seriously sick. I tried but I
couldn’t get any holidays and thus could not go to India … The
next message I got was my parents had passed away and as there
was no one to do the last rights the society members had done
whatever they could. I was depressed. My parents had passed
away without seeing their grand children.

After couple more years passed away, much to my children’s
dislike and my wife’s joy we returned to India to settle down.
I started to look for a suitable property, but to my dismay my
savings were short and the property prices had gone up during
all these years. I had to return to the USA…

My wife refused to come back with me and my children refused to
stay in India… My 2 children and I returned to USA after
promising my wife I would be back for good after two years.

Time passed by, my daughter decided to get married to an
American and my son was happy living in USA… I decided that
had enough and wound-up every thing and returned to India… I
had just enough money to buy a decent 02 bedroom flat in a
well-developed locality.

Now I am 60 years old and the only time I go out of the flat is
for the routine visit to the nearby temple. My faithful wife
has also left me and gone to the holy abode.

Sometimes

I wondered was it worth all this?

My father, even after staying in India,

Had a house to his name and I too have
the same nothing more.

I lost my parents and children for just ONE EXTRA BEDROOM.

Looking out from the window I see a lot of children dancing.
This damned cable TV has spoiled our new generation and these
children are losing their values and culture because of it. I
get occasional cards from my children asking I am alright. Well
at least they remember me.

Now perhaps after I die it will be the neighbors again who will
be performing my last rights, God Bless them.

But the question
still
remains ‘was all this worth it?’

I am still searching for an answer……………..!!!

START THINKING

IS IT JUST FOR ONE EXTRA BEDROOM???

LIFE IS BEYOND THIS …..DON’T JUST LEAVE YOUR LIFE & PARENTS ……..
START LIVING IT …….
LIVE IT AS YOU WANT IT TO BE ……. BCZ LIFE IS PRECIOUS!!!

VERY IMPORTANT… ….

This is a real incident that happened in a local
hospital in Bangalore , India . A 4 year old girl was admitted due to
leg fracture. As it was an open fracture, she had to undergo an operation

to stitch the protruding bone back in place.
Though it was quite a minor operation, she was hooked on to
life support system, as a part of the process.

The doctors had to input some data prior to the operation
to suit different conditions. Thereafter, the operation
proceeded. Half way through the process, the life support
system suddenly went dead.

The culprit : -
Some one was using his/her hand-phone outside the operation
theatre.. And the frequency had affected the system.. They tried to track the person, but to no avail. The little girl, young and innocent as she was, died soon after.

Be compassionate! Do not use your hand phone / mobiles especially at any hospitals or within the Aircraft or any places where you are told not to use it… You might not be
caught in the act, but you might have killed someone without
knowledge.

Please pass this to as many, since most of us are just not aware of the seriousness of this issue.

Please Don’t Delete. Please Send this to all your contacts and help save a life..

Last Word:
Please avoid using your mobile phones in hospitals, near OT areas / petrol pumps / aircraft etc … wherever it is mentioned no use of mobiles, go by the rules, it’s a matter of life & death.

Practice the following techniques to become the master of your own time:

Carry a schedule and record all your thoughts, conversations and activities for a week. This will help you understand how much you can get done during the course of a day and where your precious moments are going. You’ll see how much time is actually spent producing results and how much time is wasted on unproductive thoughts, conversations and actions.

Any activity or conversation that’s important to your success should have a time assigned to it. To-do lists get longer and longer to the point where they’re unworkable. Appointment books work. Schedule appointments with yourself and create time blocks for high-priority thoughts, conversations, and actions. Schedule when they will begin and end. Have the discipline to keep these appointments.

Plan to spend at least 50 percent of your time engaged in the thoughts, activities and conversations that produce most of your results.

Schedule time for interruptions. Plan time to be pulled away from what you’re doing. Take, for instance, the concept of having “office hours.” Isn’t “office hours” another way of saying “planned interruptions?”

Take the first 30 minutes of every day to plan your day. Don’t start your day until you complete your time plan. The most important time of your day is the time you schedule to schedule time.

Take five minutes before every call and task to decide what result you want to attain. This will help you know what success looks like before you start. And it will also slow time down. Take five minutes after each call and activity to determine whether your desired result was achieved. If not, what was missing? How do you put what’s missing in your next call or activity?

Put up a “Do not disturb” sign when you absolutely have to get work done.

Block out other distractions like Facebook and other forms of social media unless you use these tools to generate business.

Remember that it’s impossible to get everything done. Also remember that odds are good that 20 percent of your thoughts, conversations and activities produce 80 percent of your results

HTML5 is the next generation of HTML.

What is HTML5?

HTML5 will be the new standard for HTML, XHTML, and the HTML DOM.

The previous version of HTML came in 1999. The web has changed a lot since then.

HTML5 is still a work in progress. However, most modern browsers have some HTML5 support.

How Did HTML5 Get Started?

HTML5 is a cooperation between the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Web Hypertext Application Technology Working Group (WHATWG).

WHATWG was working with web forms and applications, and W3C was working with XHTML 2.0. In 2006, they decided to cooperate and create a new version of HTML.

Some rules for HTML5 were established:

New features should be based on HTML, CSS, DOM, and JavaScript

Reduce the need for external plugins (like Flash)

Better error handling

More markup to replace scripting

HTML5 should be device independent

The development process should be visible to the public

New Features

Some of the most interesting new features in HTML5:

The canvas element for drawing

The video and audio elements for media playback

Better support for local offline storage

New content specific elements, like article, footer, header, nav, section

New form controls, like calendar, date, time, email, url, search

Browser Support

The latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera support some HTML5 features. Internet Explorer 9 will support some HTML5 features.

HTML 5 improves interoperability and reduces development costs by making precise rules on how to handle all HTML elements, and how to recover from errors.

Some of the new features in HTML 5 are functions for embedding audio, video, graphics, client-side data storage, and interactive documents. HTML 5 also contains new elements like <nav>, <header>, <footer>, and <figure>.

The HTML 5 working group includes AOL, Apple, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Mozilla, Nokia, Opera, and many hundreds of other vendors.

Note: HTML 5 is not a W3C recommendation yet!

New Elements in HTML5

The internet has changed a lot since HTML 4.01 became a standard in 1999.

Today, some elements in HTML 4.01 are obsolete, never used, or not used the way they were intended to. These elements are deleted or re-written in HTML5.

To better handle today’s internet use, HTML5 also includes new elements for better structure, drawing, media content, and better form handling.

New Markup Elements

New elements for better structure:

Tag

Description

<article>

For external content, like text from a news-article, blog, forum, or any other content from an external source

<aside>

For content aside from the content it is placed in. The aside content should be related to the surrounding content

<command>

A button, or a radiobutton, or a checkbox

<details>

For describing details about a document, or parts of a document

<summary>

A caption, or summary, inside the details element

<figure>

For grouping a section of stand-alone content, could be a video

<figcaption>

The caption of the figure section

<footer>

For a footer of a document or section, could include the name of the author, the date of the document, contact information, or copyright information

<header>

For an introduction of a document or section, could include navigation

<hgroup>

For a section of headings, using <h1> to <h6>, where the largest is the main heading of the section, and the others are sub-headings

<mark>

For text that should be highlighted

<meter>

For a measurement, used only if the maximum and minimum values are known

<nav>

For a section of navigation

<progress>

The state of a work in progress

<ruby>

For ruby annotation (Chinese notes or characters)

<rt>

For explanation of the ruby annotation

<rp>

What to show browsers that do not support the ruby element

<section>

For a section in a document. Such as chapters, headers, footers, or any other sections of the document

<time>

For defining a time or a date, or both

New Media Elements

HTML 5 provides a new standard for media content:

Tag

Description

<audio>

For multimedia content, sounds, music or other audio streams

<video>

For video content, such as a movie clip or other video streams

<source>

For media resources for media elements, defined inside video or audio elements

<embed>

For embedded content, such as a plug-in

The Canvas Element

The canvas element uses JavaScript to make drawings on a web page.

Tag

Description

<canvas>

For making graphics with a script

New Form Elements

HTML5 offers more form elements, with more functionality:

Tag

Description

<datalist>

A list of options for input values

<keygen>

Generate keys to authenticate users

<output>

For different types of output, such as output written by a script

New Input Type Attribute Values

Also, the input element’s type attribute has many new values, for better input control before sending it to the server:

Type

Description

tel

The input value is of type telephone number

search

The input field is a search field

url

The input value is a URL

email

The input value is one or more email addresses

datetime

The input value is a date and/or time

date

The input value is a date

month

The input value is a month

week

The input value is a week

time

The input value is of type time

datetime-local

The input value is a local date/time

number

The input value is a number

range

The input value is a number in a given range

color

The input value is a hexadecimal color, like #FF8800

He is credited with being the father of many of our modern medical theories and inventions. But did you know that he credited much of his genius to his sleeping habits? Now you too can sleep in the same manner as the man who made the Mona Lisa smile.

Things You’ll Need:

Patience

A quiet place to nap

Step 1

DaVinci sleep, or polyphasic sleep is the practice of sleeping more often for less time. This will allow your subconscious mind to enter enough REM (Random Eye Movement) sleep to keep it healthy, but also create more time for you to do what you need to. First, make sure you have time to do this. If you don’t have an adequate lunch break or variable hours at work, this may not work for you.

Step 2

The basic rule is about 10 to 20 minutes of sleep per every 4 hour cycle of wakefulness. If you have lunch at around noon every day, this would make your nap cycle at noon, 4:00pm, 8:00pm, midnight, 4:00am, and 8:00am. You can move it where you want, but 10 to 20 minutes for every 4 hours awake is pretty general.

Step 3

Be prepared for being miserable for the first few weeks. Your body will need time to adjust to the new cycle. Make sure you are eating healthy and supplying your body with the nutrients that it will need to continue to function. Also, be aware that because you will have more time, after you’ve adjusted, you will likely be more productive and may need to adjust your caloric intake accordingly.

Make sure you have an alarm clock handy whenever you are going to sleep.

Try to keep your schedule constant. Eventually your body’ s circadian rhythm will adjust to this new schedule and expect sleep at around the same time.

This is actually pretty natural for all members of the animal kingdom; if you don’t believe me, watch your cat or dog for a day and see how often they nap.

Until you get used to this, try to refrain from operating heavy machinery, driving, performing brain surgery or any other task that would be bad if you fell asleep during! You will need time to adjust to this.

here you work, and not wake up from it until it’s quitting time. Make sure that you have a place to go, or can close your office door. In fact, many corporations are studying DaVinci sleep as a means to increase productivity.
